Do you care passionately about player welfare and want to help make rugby as safe and inclusive as possible across Gloucestershire?
GRFU is on the hunt for a RugbySafe Manager to lead the charge on all things player welfare. This vital volunteer role helps ensure that safety, good practice, and player wellbeing are embedded across our CB and clubs.

Guide budgets and planning for welfare-related projects
Promote and support the RFU’s RugbySafe programme across all levels of the game
Act as a vital link between the CB and clubs on welfare, training and support
You won’t be alone - we’ll support you, and you’ll be working with a fantastic group of volunteers and club personnel (including coaches and safeguarding leads) to create the safest environment for our players, coaches, and parents.
