📋 Join the GRFU Volunteer Crew – We Need Admin All-Stars!

Are you a wizard with emails? Do you love a well-labelled spreadsheet? Can you herd cats and coaches with a smile?

GRFU is looking for Volunteer Administrators to help keep our rugby machine running smoothly behind the scenes. If you love staying organised and making things happen, we’d love to have you on board.  

🧠 What will you do?

Keep records up to date 

Support a specific area this could be competitions, volunteers or rugbysafe for example

Be the friendly glue connecting volunteers, clubs, and the GRFU board Support our brilliant rugby programmes with admin excellence  

💙 Ideal for someone who…

Enjoys planning, organising, and keeping things ticking

Is comfortable with basic digital tools (email, Docs, Teams)

Likes working with a team of passionate volunteers

Wants to support the growth of grassroots rugby in Gloucestershire

No rucking required — just good vibes and admin skills. Training and support included!
