Club Volunteer CoOrdinator [CVC]
Why do we need a club volunteer coordinator ?
The Club Volunteer Coordinator (CVC) is a key role within the club structure, and one that we strongly encourage our clubs to fill. Good Volunteer management in clubs is reliant upon effective leadership. A CVC is a dedicated leader that will help to inspire volunteers, supporting them in delivering their role successfully and encouraging them to become evermore committed to their role and the club.
