CB Key Dates
A meeting schedule is released for ALL Management Board and Executive Committee meetings, as well as the AGM, prior to the start of each season.
Sector heads/Leads are requested to submit through County Office a schedule of their own meetings, to be added to the CB schedule, avoiding overlap where possible.
Reports are submitted minimum 7 days prior to each meeting for circulation to other members, along with the Agenda and notes/actions from previous meeting.
The AGM is held early July each year, when all GRFU Management Board members are invited. Officers and Sector Heads/Leads are also reelected at this time.
