Smal Grants Scheme - Retention and recruitment of players
GRFU run a small grants scheme to support clubs with retention and recruitment of players. There is a small budget ringfenced each season to support clubs wishing to apply. Grant forms can be downloaded here and must be submitted to your local RDO, who will discuss the project with the GRFU panel.
Clubs must evidence that the project is not an annual event, or on going club running costs. Clubs should also contribute 20% of the total project costs towards the project. Those successful can only apply for a grant ever 2 years. Clubs can request support up to £500.
Your first point of contact should be your RDO and It's important to advise both so that your project is highlighted on the county facility audit, relevant information can be passed on as well as support to hopefully deliver your project.
